Position Summary

We are seeking a creative, proactive, and results-oriented Marketing & Communications Officer to support the organization’s visibility, outreach, and stakeholder engagement efforts. The successful candidate will help develop and implement communication strategies, promote organizational activities, and strengthen brand awareness across multiple platforms.

This role requires a strong communicator with excellent organizational skills, creativity, and the ability to manage marketing and communication activities effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development and implementation of marketing and communication strategies.
  • Create engaging content for digital platforms, campaigns, newsletters, and promotional materials.
  • Manage and update social media platforms and communication channels.
  • Assist with branding, public relations, and stakeholder engagement activities.
  • Coordinate communication for events, programs, and organizational initiatives.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and marketing materials as required.
  • Monitor marketing trends and recommend innovative outreach approaches.
  • Support media relations and external communications activities.
  • Ensure consistency in organizational messaging and brand identity.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to promote organizational goals and initiatives.

Educational Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, or any related field.
  • Applicants should be 28 years and above.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creativity and content development abilities.
  • Good organizational and project coordination skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship management capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital communication tools.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
  • Professionalism, initiative, and attention to detail.
