Role Purpose

The Warehouse & Logistics Officer will coordinate warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics activities to ensure efficient stock handling, timely deliveries, and accurate inventory records. The successful candidate will support smooth operational processes while maintaining strong organisational and customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily warehouse and logistics operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
• Manage inventory records, stock movements, and warehouse documentation.
• Monitor stock levels and support inventory control processes to minimize shortages or excess stock.
• Coordinate delivery schedules and ensure timely dispatch and receipt of goods.
• Maintain accurate warehouse and logistics reports using company systems and records.
• Ensure proper storage, handling, and organisation of inventory within the warehouse.
• Collaborate with transport providers, suppliers, and internal teams to support operational requirements.
• Resolve logistics and inventory-related issues promptly and professionally.
• Ensure compliance with warehouse safety standards and operational procedures.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing warehouse efficiency and logistics performance.

Educational Qualification

• Degree, HND, or professional qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field will be an advantage.

Experience, Knowledge and Skills

• Experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or inventory management.
• Strong organisational and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage stock records and delivery schedules effectively.
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Good teamwork and time management skills.
