Role Overview

As a Senior Software Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and enhancing software products for global clients. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, mentor developers, contribute to architectural decisions, and help drive engineering excellence across projects.

You will bring strong technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and a problem-solving mindset to deliver innovative and reliable software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance software products with minimal supervision
• Translate client requirements into scalable technical solutions and implementation plans
• Collaborate with developers to build functional, secure, and cohesive APIs that improve user experience
• Develop secure, well-tested, maintainable, and high-performing application features
• Work closely with software engineers, DevOps teams, product owners, and project managers to deliver high-quality solutions in an agile environment
• Lead technical discussions and contribute to architectural and design decisions
• Conduct code reviews in line with best engineering practices and provide timely feedback to team members
• Identify technical challenges and propose effective, scalable solutions
• Recognize technical debt and drive improvements to maintain long-term system sustainability
• Support and mentor team members to encourage technical growth and knowledge sharing
• Ensure applications are optimized for scalability, reliability, and performance under high traffic conditions

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a Software Developer (Frontend, Backend, or Full Stack)
• Strong proficiency in at least one of the following programming languages: Java, Python, or PHP
• Strong experience with JavaScript frameworks or libraries such as Vue.js, Angular, or React
• Strong knowledge of databases including MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or DynamoDB
• Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and software design patterns
• Experience building and scaling applications to handle high-volume traffic and large datasets
• Working knowledge of DevOps practices and Agile software development methodologies
• Experience integrating and working with third-party libraries and APIs
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

• Passion for cross-functional collaboration and teamwork
• Experience mentoring developers and supporting team growth
• Experience with large-scale distributed database systems, storage farms, or horizontally scaled request-processing systems

• Ability to lead engineering efforts and deliver results within tight timelines
