The University of Technology and Applied Sciences (UTAS) is a public university located in Navrongo, Upper East Region, Ghana. The University was established as an autonomous public institution to provide high-quality education, research, innovation, and community service with a strong emphasis on technology, engineering, mathematics, health sciences, agriculture, and applied sciences.

Formerly known as the C. K. Tedam University of Technology and Applied Sciences (CKT-UTAS), the institution was redesignated as the University of Technology and Applied Sciences (UTAS). Before becoming an autonomous university, it was one of the campuses of the University for Development Studies (UDS).
