Position Summary
The Administration & Operations Executive will play a key role in coordinating administrative activities, supporting operational processes, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the organisation. The successful candidate will be an organised problem solver with excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage the day-to-day administrative and operational activities of the organisation.
- Maintain efficient office systems, records, and documentation to support business operations.
- Monitor office resources and coordinate the procurement of supplies and equipment.
- Support operational planning and ensure the effective execution of organisational processes.
- Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, and other business documents.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, travel arrangements, and company events where required.
- Liaise with internal departments, service providers, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
- Monitor operational performance and recommend process improvements that enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and administrative standards.
- Support the implementation of organisational projects and strategic initiatives.
- Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive company information.
- Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Experience
The successful candidate will possess:
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Two (2) to three (3) years of relevant experience in administration, operations, office management, or a similar role.
- Strong organisational, planning, and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build productive working relationships.
- High standards of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.
