We are seeking a reliable, safety-conscious, and professional Driver to join our team in Accra. The successful candidate will support the smooth movement of personnel, documents, equipment, and company materials while maintaining high standards of safety, responsibility, and customer service.

Position Summary

As a Driver, you will provide safe, efficient, and reliable transportation support for company operations. You will ensure timely movement of staff, materials, and business-related items while maintaining company vehicles in good operating condition and complying with all road safety and company procedures.

Key Responsibilities

As the Driver, you will:

• Operate company vehicles safely and responsibly while complying with traffic regulations and company safety policies.
• Transport company personnel, documents, equipment, and materials as assigned.
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report maintenance requirements, faults, or safety concerns promptly.
• Maintain accurate vehicle records, including mileage, fuel usage, service schedules, and trip details.
• Ensure vehicles remain clean, properly maintained, and ready for daily operations.
• Plan travel routes effectively to ensure timely and efficient transportation.
• Support logistics and administrative activities requiring transportation assistance.
• Assist with loading, unloading, and safe handling of company items where required.
• Deliver documents, supplies, and materials to designated locations while ensuring proper handling and accountability.
• Report accidents, incidents, delays, or vehicle-related issues immediately to the appropriate supervisor.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling company information and interacting with clients, partners, and employees.
• Demonstrate a strong commitment to workplace safety and responsible driving practices.

Qualifications & Experience

Applicants must possess:

• A minimum of a Class “C” Driver’s License.
• At least five (5) years of professional driving experience in a similar capacity.
• Proven experience operating company or commercial vehicles.
• Good knowledge of road networks, traffic regulations, and safe driving practices.
• Experience working in a corporate, logistics, mining, or industrial environment will be an added advantage.
