Position Summary
The Administrative Assistant will provide essential administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient office operations. The successful candidate will manage office coordination tasks, support communication flow, and maintain organized records while contributing to a productive and welcoming work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative and clerical support to the team.
- Manage office correspondence, phone calls, and emails professionally.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage calendars.
- Support preparation of reports, documents, and presentations.
- Maintain office supplies and coordinate procurement requests when needed.
- Assist in coordinating internal communication and office activities.
- Support reception duties and welcome visitors professionally.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping and data entry tasks.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned to support smooth operations.
Qualifications and Experience
- Prior experience in an administrative or office support role is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
