Position Summary

The Content Creator will be responsible for developing, producing, and managing high-quality content across multiple digital platforms. The successful candidate will create compelling visual and written content that engages audiences, enhances brand awareness, and supports marketing objectives. This role requires a highly creative individual with strong storytelling abilities, excellent communication skills, and a passion for digital content creation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute creative content strategies aligned with brand and marketing objectives.
• Create engaging written, visual, and multimedia content for websites, blogs, social media platforms, email campaigns, and other digital channels.
• Produce, edit, and publish videos, graphics, and promotional materials that enhance audience engagement.
• Write compelling copy, captions, articles, and marketing content that reflect the brand’s voice and messaging.
• Manage and maintain content calendars to ensure consistent and timely content delivery.
• Monitor industry trends, audience preferences, and competitor activities to identify content opportunities.
• Optimize content for search engines and digital platforms to improve visibility and performance.
• Collaborate with marketing and cross-functional teams to support campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives.
• Analyze content performance metrics and provide recommendations to improve engagement, reach, and conversion rates.
• Ensure all content maintains high standards of quality, accuracy, and brand consistency.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (BSc.) in Marketing, Communications, Media, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience as a Content Creator, Digital Content Specialist, Social Media Content Creator, or in a similar role.
• Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and storytelling skills.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Proficiency in content creation and design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar applications.
• Basic knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO), content marketing, and digital marketing principles.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong creativity, innovation, and attention to detail.
• Experience with social media platforms and content management systems is an advantage.
