Position Summary

Jibu Ghana is seeking a proactive and relationship-driven Reseller Coordinator to support the development, management, and growth of its reseller network. The successful candidate will work closely with resellers to strengthen partnerships, enhance brand visibility, coordinate marketing initiatives, and ensure consistent engagement that drives business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Reseller Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective resellers.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for reseller inquiries, support, and communication.
  • Monitor reseller performance and provide recommendations to improve sales and operational effectiveness.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure reseller satisfaction and engagement.

Marketing Strategy & Support

  • Support the planning and execution of marketing initiatives designed to increase reseller sales and brand awareness.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop promotional campaigns and sales support materials.
  • Monitor campaign effectiveness and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Content Development & Communication

  • Develop engaging content and communication materials to support reseller engagement and product promotion.
  • Prepare newsletters, updates, presentations, and other communication resources for reseller partners.
  • Ensure consistent and professional brand messaging across all reseller communications.

Partnerships & Campaign Coordination

  • Coordinate reseller-focused campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
  • Support partnership development initiatives that expand the reseller network.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful execution of marketing and sales programs.

Branding & Marketing Materials

  • Coordinate the creation and distribution of branded marketing materials for resellers.
  • Ensure all materials align with Jibu Ghana’s brand guidelines and quality standards.
  • Work closely with creative teams to support branding and promotional efforts.

Reporting & Performance Monitoring

  • Maintain accurate records of reseller activities, sales performance, and engagement initiatives.
  • Prepare reports on reseller performance, campaign outcomes, and market feedback.
  • Identify opportunities to improve reseller productivity and customer reach.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree (BSc) in Marketing, Journalism, Digital Media, Communications, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Knowledge of marketing principles, sales support, and partnership management.
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital communication tools.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
