Role Summary

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Customer Support Officer to manage client interactions, resolve inquiries, and ensure a smooth service experience for all customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend to customer inquiries in person, via phone, and email in a professional manner
• Guide clients through printing services, orders, and service options
• Receive, process, and track customer orders accurately
• Resolve customer complaints promptly and escalate issues when necessary
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Coordinate with production and design teams to ensure timely delivery
• Ensure a welcoming and positive customer service environment
• Promote company services to existing and potential clients

Requirements

• Must be 25 years and above
• Must reside in Ho
• Minimum qualification: HND, Diploma, or Degree
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work full-time in a fast-paced environment
• Male or female applicants are welcome

• Basic graphic design skills (CorelDRAW, Photoshop, or similar tools)
