Role Overview
The Front Office Supervisor oversees daily front desk operations and ensures a seamless guest experience from arrival to departure. This role leads the front office team, maintains high service standards, and ensures efficient handling of reservations, check-ins, and guest inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise front office operations, including reception, reservations, and guest services.
- Ensure smooth and efficient check-in and check-out processes.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Monitor room availability, reservations, and occupancy levels to optimize service delivery.
- Train, coach, and support front office staff to maintain high performance standards.
- Ensure accurate guest records, billing, and documentation.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to enhance guest experience.
- Enforce hotel policies, procedures, and service standards.
- Prepare reports on front office performance, occupancy, and guest feedback.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills
Education
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage.
Experience
- Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in hospitality or a related field.
- Previous experience in front office operations or supervisory roles is an advantage.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Customer-focused approach with strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficiency in hotel management systems is an advantage.
