Job Summary

Vitara seeks a proactive and strategic Human Resource Officer to support the development and implementation of HR policies, programs, and initiatives. The HR Officer will manage compliance, employee relations, HR analytics, and organizational development efforts, ensuring the workforce is engaged, motivated, and aligned with the company’s mission and values.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and monitor HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor regulations and best practices.
  • Manage HR data analytics, including interpretation, reporting, and insight generation to inform decision-making.
  • Lead employee engagement initiatives and support performance management processes.
  • Facilitate HR training, presentations, and workshops both in-person and virtually.
  • Draft professional reports, policies, and correspondence with clarity and precision.
  • Support talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management.
  • Advise management on HR-related issues and provide solutions to complex challenges.
  • Integrate ESG principles into HR or organizational initiatives where applicable.
  • Manage competing priorities, tight deadlines, and dynamic HR operations effectively.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Management, Organizational Development, Industrial Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a similar HR role, including exposure to HR analytics and legal compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of HR compliance, labor regulations, and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Proficiency in HR data analytics, reporting, and insight generation.
  • Exceptional presentation, facilitation, and professional writing skills.
  • Strong problem-solving ability with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
  • High level of professionalism, confidence, and emotional maturity.
  • Innovative mindset and willingness to constructively challenge the status quo.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace.
  • Experience integrating ESG principles into HR or organizational initiatives is an advantage.
