Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resource Specialist to support and strengthen our HR functions. In this role, you will manage key people processes, enhance employee engagement, and ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory standards.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment and on-boarding processes to attract and integrate top talent
  • Drive employee relations and engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture
  • Support and coordinate performance management processes, including appraisals and development plans
  • Ensure compliance and regulatory adherence with HR policies and labor laws
  • Promote and monitor health and safety standards within the organization
  • Maintain accurate HR records and support data-driven decision-making

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
