Job Summary

The Laundry Supervisor oversees all laundry operations to ensure linens, uniforms, and guest items are cleaned, maintained, and delivered according to the hotel’s quality standards. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily laundry operations, including washing, drying, ironing, and folding
• Ensure all linens, uniforms, and guest laundry meet cleanliness and quality standards
• Assign duties and schedules to laundry staff to ensure efficient workflow
• Train, guide, and monitor team members to maintain high performance levels
• Inspect finished laundry items to ensure quality control
• Monitor and manage inventory of laundry supplies and chemicals
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of laundry equipment
• Enforce health, safety, and hygiene standards within the laundry area
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for timely linen distribution
• Address and resolve guest laundry concerns promptly and professionally

Educational Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field

Experience Requirements

• 2 – 4+ years of experience in hospitality or a related field
• Prior experience in laundry operations or housekeeping supervision is an advantage
