About the Role

SigmaStrat is seeking a highly detail-oriented and experienced QA/QC & Compliance Officer to strengthen quality assurance and compliance processes within its offshore supply and logistics operations in Takoradi. In this role, you will actively ensure that all materials, equipment, and documentation meet strict industry, client, and safety standards before dispatch to offshore assets. You will play a key role in safeguarding operational integrity and regulatory compliance across the supply chain.


Key Responsibilities

  • Inspect and verify materials, equipment, and documentation prior to offshore dispatch to ensure full compliance with required standards.
  • Enforce adherence to industry regulations, operator specifications, and internal safety policies.
  • Conduct routine quality inspections and identify non-conformances across warehouse and supply chain operations.
  • Document, report, and track non-conformance cases and ensure timely implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Maintain accurate, complete, and audit-ready QA/QC records and documentation.
  • Support internal and external audits by preparing required quality and compliance documentation.
  • Collaborate closely with supply chain, warehouse, and logistics teams to maintain end-to-end quality integrity.
  • Monitor compliance risks and proactively recommend improvements to quality control processes.
  • Ensure all QA/QC activities align with operational, client, and regulatory requirements within the oil & gas sector.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of 7+ years’ experience in QA/QC roles within the upstream oil & gas industry.
  • Strong understanding of quality management systems, compliance frameworks, and industry standards.
  • Proven experience in inspection, audit support, and documentation control.
  • High attention to detail with strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced operational environment.
  • Strong sense of accountability, discipline, and commitment to safety and quality excellence.
