Position Summary
The Research Assistant will support research design, data collection, analysis, and reporting activities across various projects. The successful candidate will contribute actively to producing high-quality research outputs while maintaining accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in developing research proposals, tools, and methodologies.
Conduct literature reviews and background research.
Collect, clean, and manage quantitative and qualitative data.
Analyze data using appropriate statistical and analytical tools.
Prepare research reports, presentations, and summaries.
Support fieldwork activities when required.
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with ethical standards.
Collaborate effectively with team members to meet project timelines.
Qualifications and Requirements
Minimum qualification: Bachelor’s degree in any field (Social Sciences, Business, Public Health, Statistics, or related disciplines preferred).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with analytical tools such as SPSS, R, or STATA is an advantage.
High level of attention to detail and organizational ability.
Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
