Position Summary

The Research Assistant will support research design, data collection, analysis, and reporting activities across various projects. The successful candidate will contribute actively to producing high-quality research outputs while maintaining accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing research proposals, tools, and methodologies.

• Conduct literature reviews and background research.

• Collect, clean, and manage quantitative and qualitative data.

• Analyze data using appropriate statistical and analytical tools.

• Prepare research reports, presentations, and summaries.

• Support fieldwork activities when required.

• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with ethical standards.

• Collaborate effectively with team members to meet project timelines.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum qualification: Bachelor’s degree in any field (Social Sciences, Business, Public Health, Statistics, or related disciplines preferred).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Familiarity with analytical tools such as SPSS, R, or STATA is an advantage.

• High level of attention to detail and organizational ability.

• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
