Job Summary

The Spa Supervisor oversees the daily operations of the spa to ensure guests receive high-quality, relaxing, and rejuvenating experiences. The role involves supervising spa staff, maintaining service standards, and ensuring the spa environment is clean, tranquil, and professionally managed.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily spa operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery
• Lead, schedule, and support spa therapists and attendants
• Maintain a clean, safe, and calming spa environment at all times
• Ensure all treatments and services meet established quality standards
• Handle guest inquiries, bookings, and complaints in a professional manner
• Monitor inventory of spa products, supplies, and equipment
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of spa facilities and equipment
• Enforce health, safety, and hygiene standards within the spa
• Promote spa services and assist in achieving revenue targets
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall guest experience

Educational Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Spa Management, Beauty Therapy, or a related field

Experience Requirements

• 2 – 4+ years of experience in hospitality, spa, or a related field
• Previous supervisory experience in a spa or wellness environment is an advantage
