We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Stores Supervisor to oversee the efficient management of our stores operations and ensure the availability of materials and supplies that support the smooth running of the hotel.

Position Summary

As the Stores Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the stores, ensuring accurate inventory control, proper storage of goods, and timely distribution of supplies to various departments. You will help maintain operational efficiency while ensuring compliance with inventory management procedures and workplace safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily operations of the hotel stores and ensure efficient inventory management.
• Receive, inspect, and verify deliveries against purchase orders and delivery documentation.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely replenishment of inventory.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct routine stock counts and reconciliations.
• Issue materials and supplies to departments promptly and accurately.
• Ensure proper storage, handling, and preservation of inventory in accordance with established procedures.
• Monitor stock movement and minimize waste, loss, and inventory discrepancies.
• Prepare inventory and stores reports for management.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe stores environment while adhering to workplace safety standards.
• Collaborate with the procurement and finance teams to support efficient inventory control.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma, Higher National Diploma (HND), or equivalent qualification in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Two (2) to three (3) years of relevant experience in stores, inventory, warehouse, or hospitality operations.
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry is an advantage.
