Position Summary

As a Waiter, you will provide exceptional dining service to guests by ensuring a welcoming atmosphere, accurately taking and serving orders, and delivering a memorable customer experience. You will work closely with the kitchen and restaurant teams to maintain the highest standards of hospitality and service.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and provide attentive, courteous, and professional service.
• Present menus, explain menu items, and make appropriate food and beverage recommendations.
• Accurately take customer orders and communicate them promptly to the kitchen and bar teams.
• Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high service standards.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to requests or concerns.
• Prepare and arrange dining areas before service and ensure tables remain clean and well-presented throughout service.
• Process guest bills accurately and handle payments in accordance with hotel procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all dining areas.
• Follow workplace health, safety, and food hygiene regulations at all times.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications & Experience

• Senior High School (SHS) certificate, vocational qualification, or equivalent; additional training in Hospitality Management or Food and Beverage Service is an advantage.
• Two (2) to three (3) years of relevant experience as a waiter or in a similar hospitality role.
• Previous experience in a hotel or restaurant environment is highly desirable.
