Job Location

Job Summary

The company is seeking experienced and results-driven engineers to support plant maintenance, asset reliability, and mechanical operations.

Successful candidates will play a key role in ensuring equipment reliability, plant efficiency, and continuous production uptime while maintaining strict adherence to safety and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

Maintenance Planning & Execution

• Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance schedules
• Plan maintenance activities, shutdowns, and turnaround programs
• Prepare work orders, job plans, and resource allocation
• Coordinate maintenance activities to minimize downtime and disruptions
• Maintain accurate records using CMMS systems such as SAP

Asset Integrity & Reliability

• Ensure optimal performance and lifecycle management of plant assets
• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and reliability assessments
• Implement reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) strategies
• Monitor equipment performance and recommend improvements
• Manage risk-based maintenance programs and asset strategies

Mechanical & Plant Engineering

• Oversee mechanical maintenance of plant equipment and infrastructure
• Supervise repairs, installations, and major shutdown activities
• Ensure compliance with engineering standards and best practices
• Support continuous improvement of plant performance and efficiency
• Liaise with contractors, OEMs, and internal teams on technical issues

General Duties

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
• Lead and supervise teams, contractors, and technical staff
• Prepare technical reports and performance analyses
• Collaborate across departments to align maintenance with production goals
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives

Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Minimum 5+ years relevant experience in mining or heavy industry
• Experience with mineral processing plant equipment (crushers, mills, conveyors, pumps, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of maintenance planning, asset management, and reliability engineering
• Proficiency in CMMS tools (SAP, Maximo, or similar systems)
